Fats....yes!!!

Found this article this morning that I thought I would share with you.  Many people still think fat is bad for you!  If you are one of those people, start changing your thoughts!  We eat grass fed butter, avocados, coconut oil, beef, avocados!  I used to believe low fat foods were the way to go but studies have shown our bodies need those fats to to have energy and burn fat.  Fats keep you full longer as well.  Sugar and bad carbohydrates are the things to avoid.
